3. Datenerhebung & Technik 3.1 Hosting und E-Mail (Strato) Ich hoste meine Website bei der Strato AG, Berlin. Dabei werden personenbezogene Daten (z. B. IP-Adressen) auf Grundlage meines berechtigten Interesses an einer sicheren Bereitstellung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) verarbeitet. Ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (AVV) liegt vor.

3.2 Server-Log-Dateien Der Provider erhebt automatisch Log-Dateien (Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, IP-Adresse). Diese sind technisch notwendig für die Stabilität und Sicherheit der Seite.

3.3 Optimierung von Schriftarten (OMGF) Um sicherzustellen, dass keine Verbindungen zu Google-Servern aufgebaut werden, nutze ich das Plugin „OMGF“. Dieses Tool erkennt Google Fonts-Anfragen und speichert die benötigten Schriften (Montserrat, Marcellus) lokal auf meinem eigenen Server. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Wahrung meiner berechtigten Interessen an einer rechtssicheren und performanten Website gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. Plugins & Tools 4.1 Smart Slider 3 Für die visuelle Gestaltung (z. B. Slider) nutze ich das Plugin Smart Slider 3. Dieses wird lokal ausgeführt. Sofern durch das Plugin technisch notwendige Ressourcen geladen werden, dient dies der korrekten Darstellung meiner Inhalte gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.2 Spam-Schutz (Antispam Bee) Um meine Kommentarfunktion vor unerwünschtem Werbe-Spam zu schützen, nutze ich das Plugin „Antispam Bee“. Das Tool arbeitet vollständig lokal auf meinem Server und gleicht Kommentare nicht mit externen Datenbanken ab. Es werden keine IP-Adressen an Dritte übertragen. Die Nutzung erfolgt auf Grundlage meines berechtigten Interesses an einer störungsfreien Website gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.3 Datensicherung (UpdraftPlus) Zur Sicherung der Website-Inhalte nutze ich das Plugin UpdraftPlus. Die Sicherungen dienen der Wiederherstellbarkeit bei technischen Ausfällen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Es werden dabei keine aktiven Tracking-Daten von Besuchern gespeichert.

4.4 Analyse mit Burst Statistics Zur bedarfsgerechten Gestaltung und statistischen Auswertung meiner Website nutze ich das Analyse-Tool „Burst Statistics“. Dieses Plugin wird lokal auf meinem Server ausgeführt. Es werden keine Daten an Dritte oder externe Server übertragen. Burst Statistics ist so konfiguriert, dass es keine Cookies setzt und keine personenbezogenen Daten (wie die vollständige IP-Adresse) speichert. Die Analyse erfolgt vollständig anonymisiert auf Grundlage meines berechtigten Interesses an der Reichweitenmessung und Optimierung meines Onlineangebots (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

4.5 Login-Sicherheit (Limit Login Attempts Reloaded) Zum Schutz gegen Brute-Force-Angriffe (automatisierte Einbruchsversuche) nutze ich das Plugin „Limit Login Attempts Reloaded“. Bei fehlerhaften Login-Versuchen wird die IP-Adresse des zugreifenden Geräts kurzzeitig lokal gespeichert, um eine Sperrung bei wiederholten Fehlversuchen zu ermöglichen. Dies dient der Sicherheit meiner Website gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Das Plugin ist so konfiguriert, dass es IP-Adressen anonymisiert verarbeitet (DSGVO-Modus).

4.6 Rank Math SEO Für die Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) meiner Website nutze ich das Plugin „Rank Math SEO“. Anbieter ist die MyCode WP (Rank Math), Indien. Das Plugin hilft mir dabei, die Sichtbarkeit der Website in Suchmaschinen zu verbessern. Dabei werden Meta-Daten (wie Titel und Beschreibungen) lokal verwaltet. Soweit das Plugin zur Bereitstellung von SEO-Funktionen oder Analysen Daten verarbeitet, geschieht dies auf Grundlage meiner berechtigten Interessen an einer optimierten Auffindbarkeit meines Online-Angebots gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. 4.7 Zahlungsschaltfläche (PayPal) Auf meiner Website binde ich einen Link zur Unterstützung in Form eines Abonnements über den Zahlungsdienstleister PayPal ein. Anbieter dieses Dienstes ist die PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Wenn Du auf den Abonnement-Button (das Ticket) klickst, wirst Du direkt auf die Webseite von PayPal weitergeleitet. Erst ab diesem Moment werden Daten (z. B. 3. Data Collection & Technology 3.1 Hosting and Email (Strato) I host my website with Strato AG, Berlin. Personal data (e.g., IP addresses) is processed on the basis of my legitimate interest in secure provision (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). An order processing contract (AVV) is in place.

3.2 Server Log Files The provider automatically collects log files (browser type, operating system, IP address). These are technically necessary for the stability and security of the site.

3.3 Font Optimization (OMGF) To ensure that no connections to Google servers are established, I use the „OMGF“ plugin. This tool identifies Google Fonts requests and stores the required fonts (Montserrat, Marcellus) locally on my own server. Processing is carried out to protect my legitimate interests in a legally compliant and high-performance website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Plugins & Tools 4.1 Smart Slider 3 For visual design (e.g., sliders), I use the Smart Slider 3 plugin. This is executed locally. Insofar as technically necessary resources are loaded by the plugin, this serves the correct presentation of my content in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4.2 Spam Protection (Antispam Bee) To protect my comment function from unwanted advertising spam, I use the „Antispam Bee“ plugin. The tool works entirely locally on my server and does not compare comments with external databases. No IP addresses are transferred to third parties. Use is based on my legitimate interest in an interference-free website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4.3 Data Backup (UpdraftPlus) To back up the website content, I use the UpdraftPlus plugin. The backups serve the purpose of recoverability in the event of technical failures (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). No active tracking data of visitors is stored during this process.

4.4 Analysis with Burst Statistics For the needs-based design and statistical evaluation of my website, I use the analysis tool „Burst Statistics.“ This plugin is executed locally on my server. No data is transferred to third parties or external servers. Burst Statistics is configured in such a way that it does not set any cookies and does not store any personal data (such as the full IP address). The analysis is completely anonymized based on my legitimate interest in reach measurement and the optimization of my online offer (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4.5 Login Security (Limit Login Attempts Reloaded) To protect against brute-force attacks (automated break-in attempts), I use the „Limit Login Attempts Reloaded“ plugin. In the event of failed login attempts, the IP address of the accessing device is briefly stored locally to enable blocking in the event of repeated failed attempts. This serves the security of my website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The plugin is configured to process IP addresses anonymously (GDPR mode).

4.6 Rank Math SEO For the search engine optimization (SEO) of my website, I use the „Rank Math SEO“ plugin. The provider is MyCode WP (Rank Math), India. The plugin helps me improve the visibility of the website in search engines, managing meta data (such as titles and descriptions) locally. To the extent that the plugin processes data to provide SEO functions or analyses, this is done on the basis of my legitimate interests in an optimized findability of my online offering in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 4.7 Payment Button (PayPal) On my website, I integrate a link to support the project via a subscription through the payment service provider PayPal. The provider of this service is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When you click on the subscription button (the ticket), you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website. Only from this moment on will data (e.g., IP address, contract data, bank details) be transferred to PayPal and processed there.
